Our Coaching Philosophy
Player Development
Not every kid picks things up the same way, and honestly, that's fine. We don't rush anyone. We start with the basics, make sure they actually make sense, and build from there. Some kids take a bit longer, some surprise you, but everyone moves forward.
Inclusive Environment
First session or fiftieth, your child will be made to feel at home. We don't have time for cliques or favourites here. Every kid gets looked after properly, simple as that.
Character Building
Batting and bowling are the easy bits to teach. What we really care about is the stuff that sticks with kids for life. How you treat your teammates, how you react when things don't go your way, how you carry yourself on and off the pitch. Cricket's brilliant for that, and we make the most of it.
